Radiant Barrier Direct

The only way this business gets a star is because I could not go on without giving one. I hope someone reads and responses to this, I'm going through the same thing with this clown but it has gotten a little more serious, I have won a lawsuit against him, I have several different addresses, He's hiding, I know something he don't.. I paid for a new metal roof with a 50 year warranty. The installation job was poor and I had to request corrections more than once. A few months later, the roof had significant leaks, but when I called the company's number, I got no response. He won't answer calls or respond to emails. I finally had to pay another company over $800 to repair the roof. Angies' list now has this company in the penalty box, and my next step will be to contact the state Attorney General's office. He does business as Direct Roofing, as well as Radiant Barrier Direct.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB against this business. They have found that the address for the business is invalid and further that they have received no response to their communications. This company installed a roof on my home and appeared to do a good job. After installation a leak persisted and the company no longer returned phone calls I placed regarding the issue. I was actually going to do more business with this company until this turn of events occured. The representative Jeff seemed very trustworthy and honest, but reality as taught me a lesson. Beware!
