Our trusted doctor highly recommended Dr. Simon (who is currently on maternity leave at this writing). We had a series of appointments and with each one we were taken back within 15 minutes and seen within 10 minutes of being in the examining room. We found Dr. Simon to be exceptional in medical expertise and equally in personality. She was great with our daughter. All of the nurses and front staff were professional and kind. I understand there are 3 doctors in this practice and, therefore, when people are taken back it may be for a different doctor. Waiting for more than 30 minutes is rude and I agree unacceptable. Today, there are many rude doctors who double or even triple schedule, but I saw no evidence of this. I would suggest making a first appointment of the day, & reconfirming on the way in or the 1st after lunch - this approach has worked well for us. Please let us know what your experience is!

My appointment was for 4 o'clock. I got there at 3:50. 3 people arrived after i did. They took back everyone that was there before me as well as 3 people after I arrived. 4o minutes after my scheduled appointment time I inquired why I was still waiting. She said the dr was running behind... they couldnt bother to tell me this at 4 pm.. and why did the people that came in after me get taken back. I say bull crap. Won't ever go back there. what a lame place

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. After a few minutes they took me to an examination room where I sat alone for almost an hour. Thinking maybe they forgot about me I asked the nurse what was going on and she replied rather insultedly "Well we can schedule you another appointment if you have to go now".

I said "yes but my appointment was an hour ago ."

I would think the nurse could have at least pretended she cared about customer service.

Needless to say I did not reschedule for another day.

Taking my business elsewhere. What a waste of time.
