Rug Cleaning
The company was started by the founder, Grayson Smith, in 1970 and concentrated on carpet and rug cleaning. Because of his commitment to excellence, Grayson has always focused on continual training and being in touch with the latest in the cleaning industry. Therefore, in the mid to late 70’s upholstery cleaning advances in equipment and techniques prompted Grayson to purchase state of the art upholstery cleaning equipment and add this service to his client offering. In the 80’s, fabric protectors that actually worked and were beneficial to the client became available and fine fabric protection was added to the list of available services. In 2007, Walter Polk became a partner in the business with a focus to actively grow the business and to provide a transition strategy for Mr. Smith. With the addition of Mr. Polk, the company’s commitment to excellence will be carried on when Mr. Smith decides to fully retire.
