Eastern Cable Corp

I really wish I could put less than one star here... We have had this company for year and it has to be the most unreliable cable company ever. Our cable goes out during every storm. Cable internet is supposed to be the most reliable fastest available. Ours will generally be around half what we are supposed to be getting it also goes out, is incredibly laggy, and sometimes drops to a constant .1mb/s. we are supposed to have a 2mb connection. Looking at that you probably say well then switch to a new company. Well we cant get broadband from any other company in this area. They somehow have this neighborhood and a couple others blocked to any other isp which I thought was illegal but apparently no one in this part of kentucky will do anything about it. There really isnt a single good thing I can say about the company. Costs alot, tv stinks, internet stinks, customer service stinks, and we are stuck with it.
