Saf-T-Swim is one of the leading swimming schools in New York dedicated to training both children as well as adults. With several swimming facilities in Long Island, the school offers comprehensive and enjoyable swim lessons for infants, children, adults and seniors. Saf-T-Swim organizes swim training programs at eight locations, including East Meadow, Westbury, Deer Park, Commack, Smithtown, Bohemia, Coram and Riverhead. The center is a member of the United States Swim School Association (USSSA), which represents quality schools devoted to aquatic education for lifelong safety, fun and health. The training programs conducted at these facilities include one-to-one coaching, semiprivate coaching, group training, parent-and-child training and hydro-aerobics.
