Super Gutter & Screen

My screened porch was completely destroyed during last year's hurricane Irma by the fallen tree. After the insurance process was done (I received pitiful $900 for the replacement), I started to look for the contractor to take on the re-building my screen. I contacted 3 or 4 vendors, all four- or five- stars with Yelp to give me estimates. The Super Gutters were not the cheapest ones, but they were the fastest with the estimate and the only company agreeing on taking my project without waiting 6 to 9 month. It worth mentioning, that, if your property is a part of a condominium, it will make it so much slower and painful to get thru the process, especially if your board is as incompetent and hostile as mine (Whisper Walk Section B).
I signed the contract with SGS in February 2018 and expected the whole project to take 2-3 months... It took 6 month. First, the board took their sweet time issuing the forms, required by the county (2 month wasted). Then, I had to order the surveillance to be completed by the 3-rd party, (another month down the drain), mercifully, SGS took care of that. Then SGS filed request for the permit to the Palm Beach county building department, and the permit process took another 2 month. Once the permit was issued, SGS built the screen in 2 days, from start to finish. The screen was very well built, much stronger and attractive than the original 1988 one it replaced. The county inspection approved it, no problems. SGS went an extra-mile fixing (replacing) the section of the gutter, damaged by the storm. Total cost was $4,800. I am very appreciative to Kim and Jim for their patience and professionalism. Good guys, trustworthy and diligent.
