It had been a long time since ...

It had been a long time since we had dinned at Carrabba's so my husband and I decided to have dinner there.

The restaurant was very nicely done. The room set up was comfortable and clean. We would have liked a little better lighting.

We started with the Bruschette. The presentation and overall flavors were very good.

I had the Cesar Salad. The greens were fine but the dressing was terrible.

When the dinner came it looked like whoever plated the dishes did not care. This small piece of Lasagna was sitting in the middle of this large plate with nothing else and to make matter worse is was not very good. My Fettuccine Alfredo was dumped into a bowl with two Italian sausages dropped on top. Although the noodles tasted more like egg noodles the flavors were good. I would have like a little more of the Alfredo sauce.

The service was very good. Our server was attentive and helpful.

It will probably be a while before we go back again. Becasue of the presentation of the dinner we felt the kitchen was just putting out the food and really didn't care.
