General Info: When you are looking for quality, great customer service, and loyalty look no further. We are a family run dairy farm with approximately 100 head, including beef and Angus beef. Purchase a whole, half, or quarter of beef or pork, we take it to the butchers and you tell them how you like it. In the spring of the year, you can see and smell the steam of our 100% pure maple syrup production in full swing. Our maple syrup, maple sugar cakes, maple cream, and maple sugar products can be purchased year round. If you are looking to get started in the maple production business, come and browse through our large selection of maple syrup equipment and supplies. Need quality firewood to keep you warm during our Northern New York winters? Ask us about our firewood. Our sawmill is busy cutting out rough cut lumber. Custom sawing can be done upon request. Looking for a wedding cake or special occasion cake? Maybe homemade pies made with real fruit and a fresh baked cookie? We've got that too. In fact, we are locally known for our baked goods!
