Stow Away Self Storage

How hard is it to keep your customers happy when you run a storage facility? you wouldn't think it would be very difficult. We are not high demand type people, but our storage unit was broken into 2 times in 8 months. Not only did we not even receive an apology, but he wasn't able to come out and assist us the day it happened, and acted as if HE were being inconvenienced over the whole thing. We also recived late fee charges after he sent our bill to the wrong address. We had to pay that, i will never go back, and DO NOT reccomend that anyone use his facility.
