The team @ Gaw/ Bernhardt are slum-lords in disguise. At first impression, you will think they are going to be great. Moved into new appt after paying $1600 (deposit & 1st month). Was not told there would be no TV or internet service available for months. Appts @ Myleigh ave were clearly built on swampy land. Always water standing in grass and appt smelt like John Gacy's crawlspace. Cancelled lease early due to moving from area for promotion and Bernhardt did not work with me at all and charged entire last 3 months rent and did not even refund entire deposit, even though place was spotless. They said "there will always be cleaning service fees regardless of condition" those fees cost $150 of my deposit. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money with this company or their affiliate Gaw properties.
