DONT NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE FOR A SCREEN REPAIR! You will regret the trouble! Save your money and get a new phone or get another repair shop to replace it.

When I took my phone here MY PHONE WORKED PERFECT! Absolutely perfect, just had a cracked screen and I finally decided to get it fixed.

Went to cellular accessories for a IPhone 11 Pro Max screen replacement. They had 2 options a “premium” screen and a regular screen. I chose the premium screen which was $200. After buying a new screen I also bought a $100 life proof case from them and a screen protector.

After getting my screen replaced, not even 24 hrs the screen was green and purple and black but not super noticeable at first. Few hours later my screen wouldn’t work at all. (I didn’t use my phone much at all after new screen.) So decided to take it back the next day.

The next day they replaced the screen. And right away I noticed whenever I dimmed my phone at night, the blackness on the screen was very noticeably bright green almost looked liked night vision. But I decided to accept it.

3 weeks after, I woke up one morning and the whole left side of my screen was completely white, I decided to take it back because I couldn’t use my phone.

I took it up there on Friday 11/19/21 at 4:45pm and waited 15 mins, finally someone got to me and I explained, my situation and he looked at my phone and said he wouldn’t have enough time today so he told me to bring it back Monday. Well Monday came along and all of a sudden he notices a small crack SUPER SMALL CRACK. They wanted to charge me for another screen because they noticed a super small crack in the screen that I didn’t even notice at al but they had to put a flashlight to see it. I had the phone in a life proof case and didn’t drop it or anything so I’m assuming the absolute smallest crack ever was just because of the cheap fn screen they put on it!

I never write reviews but had to whenever they are ripping folks off with cheap Chinese phone screens.

If I could give a negative score, I would. They charged me for something that they didn't fix. I found out afterwards that I could have gotten a new phone for not much more than they charged me. After I got my phone back, it worked worse than when I took it in, and then they tried to charge me more. Do your research, seriously. I would never, ever go back. They were rude and did nothing for me. Don't trust them with your phone. Before you take it there, just remember how important your phone is to you and imagine having to go without it. I'm not one to usually post bad reviews, I understand that sometimes things just don't work out, but I really feel like they screwed me over. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

AWESOME customer service. Apple told me that my iPhone was ruined and had no sympathy whatsoever, even though it was on their part..I took it here and they fixed the problem easily. Great prices and I definitely recommend this place. Love them, will definitely come back!
