I have in the past used several of these ladies for services of theirs. I recommended many to to the business and sent several to them who became new clients. I called to get my mom a haircut this past weekend (no more than 15 minutes) and Julie nor the girl on the phone who had a 2-5pm color job to do would do mom for me. Anyone knows that color has a wait time to process so there was plenty of time to cut moms hair. I asked for anyone to do it not a specific person. I've been friends with the owner (thought I was) for over 20 years. What kind of business does this to strangers much less friends?
