Amazing dealership, expertly run. These guys know their stuff. Had the pleasure of doing business with them multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Their knowledge is extensive and they have a a sense of morality in the way they do business which I find a huge relief in when it comes to the car buying process.

As the owner of Alford Motor Company, I would like to comment on the negative review left by Mr. g35lemon. We at Alford Motor Company always do everything in our power to help our customers and we truly went above and beyond in assisting this customer. The stated warranty would not fix his car because a head gasket failure was not covered due to the mileage being well over 140,000 miles, which was clearly disclosed in large bold letters on said contract paperwork. After a misdiagnosis of customer's problem by his outside shop and at the customer's request, the warranty was cancelled and a full refund was given on said warranty and was applied to his loan at his lienholder, as is required by law due to the fact that the warranty was financed into his loan and cost the customer no out-of-pocket money. My business paid to fix the problem we did find with his G35, which was a cracked radiator, not a head gasket. His claims of theft of money are absolutely false, as was proven in Horry County Small Claims Court, who promptly dismissed his frivolous case. We were also cleared of all wrong doings by the Better Business Bureau and SCDMV Dealer Licensing and Audit Unit. This is the one and only negative review by any customer I have had since we opened in late 2006. I bought a car from them a couple of months ago. I was promiss a bumper to bumper warranty. I was told by Franics he was a good dealer and wouldn't screw me over. I bought the car thinking I had a full warranty. After a couple weeks the car started to over heat. He took the car to big l's and said it was covered. After a month, the car over heated again. This time I took it to Hughs automotive. They did a test and said it had blown head gaskets. When hugh call the warranty place there was no warranty purchased. I paid $1670.00 for a warranty. Francis lied and said they forgot to put it through. He refused to get my car fix at hughes automotive and con me to have it fix at big l's. They said the head gaskets were fine, but yet I still have problems with it today. After confronting Mr. Francis about taken my money and that the warranty was not bumper to bumper, he con me into cancelling it. I was told I would get a full refund of the $1670.00 of the warranty he did not have. Then I find out he took my money and put $1100.00 on the car loan which I didn't want and could have used that money to get a different warranty. He then pocket the $570.00 that was left over and now I have to waste my time and go to court. If you don't want to get screwed, please don't buy a car from here.
