        Contacted their competitor first, no response from them after almost four days. Called direct Service and less than two hours later my garage door was good as new!! Extremely Satisfied!! Highly Recommend their service.

        My garage door would not open and my car was trapped inside. I called Direct Service to come out take a look. They showed up on time were very professional. The technician pointed out that I had a broken spring. He not only fixed the broken spring but also replaced some other parts that were worn out and about to break. Now my door works great! Thank you for a job well done! If you are having garage door trouble I recommend you call Direct Service Overhead.

        Direct Service fixed my door and replaced my dad's garage door and did a great job for a fair price!!! Tech took the time to explain to my elderly dad what he was paying for and needed. We HIGHLY recommend them!!
