Vantage at Kitty Hawk

Towed my car from the carport that I pay for on the weekend and made me deal with the towing agency to get it out, even though I have one of their little stickers and they have my make/model/color in their book. Woman at office was no help at all. Left the weekend without my car, cost to get it out $240 from the towing company. One of the gates is constantly broken, and the trash compactor for the complex is broken weekly with trash piling up outside. Avoid this complex at all costs.

Do not rent with them!!! They never return calls, there are bugs everywhere, the people in the office are two faced they really don't care..
