WARNING! BEWARE! ~I have also had a horrible experience with Transmission King San Antonio and the Austin location is no better. The Director Ben (Benjamin L. Jenkins), and several of the other affiliates have apparently operated under several business names over the last few years such as Tokyo Auto Repairs and Transciti Transmissions to name a few. Something is seriously wrong when you keep having to change your business name and "run and hide" from complaints, law suits and unhappy consumers. Please do yourself a favor and check out the BBB, the Rip Off Report and other various complaints and reviews about these dishonest scammers. I only wish I had seen the reviews and done my research. I just hope it saves someone else from the horrible experience many of us have had to cope with,

WE HAVE A CAR SINCE FEB.11 2011 THE OWNER BEN DOES NOT AND HAS NOT FIX MY CAR. DON TAKE YOUR CAR THERE BEN IS A THIEF AND SCAM PEOPLE MONEY. VERY DISAAPOINTED BEN IS COMPLETE THIEK AND HIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM I HAVE REPORTED TO FTC AND ATTY. GENERAL I FOUND I AM NOT ALONE IN HIS OTHER SHOP IN AUSTIN HE HAS DONE THE SAME THING TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DOES NOT!!!!!! HONOR WARRANTY !!!!!! I HAVE A LIST OF NAMES WE ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT THAT BEN ITS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
