Tri-County Mental Health Mental Retardation Services, also known as TCMHMRS, serves the citizens of Montgomery, Liberty and Walker counties in Texas. It ensures compliance with the standards of the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. The center serves adults and children with autism and pervasive developmental disorders. Tri-County Mental Health Mental Retardation Services offers family support, respite care and employment solutions. The center provides personal and social skills development services. It offers day treatment solutions in Conroe, Huntsville and Cleveland in Texas. The center provides crisis intervention, assessment and counseling services. Established in 1983, it manages a staff of more than 230 employees. The center operates an over 9,555-square-foot apartment complex.
