Subway

i called simply to obtain some information on catering. The girl who answered the phone did not understand me 100%. I told her I wanted some information on boxed lunches and party platters....her response...."uh, this is subway." She did give a price for the party platters, but still sounded confused. I asked to speak to someone else. I could hear her talking to someone else, then i heard the phone being picked up only to be hung up on. After calling right back a couple of times and letting in ring and ring and ring I got an answer. Still the same girl again. I finally got the info I needed about catering. Great, right? Wrong!



I asked for the store number and managers name. She gave me a phone number. I said the store number, not phone number. She asks someone else and comes back on the the line to tell me her manager's number and to talk to her to see if she could give me a discount. I asked her to let me speak to someone else because she wasn't understanding what I was asking. She argued and insisted on giving me info I did not need or want. Finally after arguing she gave the phone to someone else...got the info I needed. Maybe he should answer the phone from now on.

This is a great place to get a deli sandwich made fresh just the way you want it. They make it right in front of you. Location is good, too.
