North Lakes Pain Consultants - Conroe

Wow, looking at the other review I have to ask are you sure it’s the same pain management doctor. Dr. Sims and his staff are the best, I have been with them since 2007, and I would not allow anyone to work on me but Dr. Sims. I see him every visit and the one issue that I had with appointments and those in pain was taken care of while I was there. The staff explained to me thAt people have different pain tolerance, and those (like me), should let them know, so that I am taken care of. Eight year later I still drive from Tomball to Conroe, because they only provide the best, know who I am when I come in for an appointment, and is very professional.

at the end of January I called the Conroe office and left a message that I needed a refill on pain pills. that was the last Friday in January. No return call. Monday I called again and left message, again no return call. Tuesday I called again and left message. Got return call about my refill, and was told I need to make appointment to get refill. wanted to come in next day, Wednesday, and was told they were not in office that day. They were going to get with a nurse to get few pills if I promised to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the next Tuesday, and was told they were having computer problems and would get back later that day. Well no one ever called for anything, and still have no pain pills. The only call I got was a recording to remind of my Tuesday appointment. Today is June 18, and have never heard back from them.
Guess they like many other doctors, and just looking for more money.
Any other people thinking about going there, just be carefull.
