Our BBQ is unlike any other; it is truly smoked not cooked in anelectric smoker, always fresh and always Guaranteed to be THE best! CorkScrew BBQ also cares about the earth. You will see we use compostable and recyclable plates, utensils, and cups. You will never see styrofoam. We use all biodegradable and recyclable items whenever possible for both catering and in the kitchen. Special Diet or Health Conscious? We offer a variety of healthy options such as lean pork, whole turkey breast, lean cuts of brisket. Our meat is never doused in sauce, its delicious as is, sauce is your choice. We cook to order, so please let us know at the time of ordering of any changes you may need. Catering and Delivery only....for parties small and large. No minimum order, no delivery fees in South Conroe/Spring/The Woodlands. Please order 2 days in advance for small orders and 4 days inadvance for large orders.
