Hi,and Hello,this is people from 18 concord Garden apt 03 ,concord,NH,03301.I am looking for my case manager Craig Milk.who has been not seen since four month before.He used to visited my home within 15 days,but,in this present times,he is not seen and no any call or messages from him and my doctor santra or nurse Kati.why??why?when the health and human services send him or them to singed on the 720 form to verify my eligibility of my medical illness,but they never send any reply and still i am not getting any kinds of supports from them.if they called me and they not found me after calling,they have to send voices messages or they have to write letters according to their capacity.why they neglecting me and my cases as per their monopoly activities?if i was not a patient of their,why they enrolled my names in their hospital.According to names of hospital,problems of patients,they have been not showing any positive activities in my illiness.why?????
