The same thing happened to me! !!! My credit card kept being charged, she lost paper work for which I ended my membership, I signed this form twice but they conveniently couldn't find any record of it. The "free" month in reality is paid when you end your membership which they say you are obligated for that extra month. The manager is aggressive and rude and dodged my phone calls. This is a questionable operation.

Don't waste your time or money! Water bubbler didn't work, was never fixed within the whole year I was a member. Staff, specifically the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional - very poor customer service. Copies of paperwork were denied, and then they lost paperwork, costing me months of extra money.
