Walmart Supercenter

Awful experience today and after a few months of only so so type service, I am done here!! It's not worth the tiny little bit of savings when you encounter rude, lazy, etc type of employees. I found a check out lane today with the light on and the clerk standing talking to another employee. I unloaded all my groceries on the belt and waited a total of 10 min with 2 kids getting ANSI as the time passed. I finally had to load all the stuff back in the cart and go to another lane and wait while the credit machine wasn't taking the card of the lady in front of us. Finally when it was our turn I expressed how awful the service was and that they shouldn't have a light on at a register if an employee wasn't going to work it or pay attention. The manager and 2 other employees were standing there listening and not 1 of them even apologized!!! So over the Walmart store!

Have yet to find an employee on the floor that was friendly or seemed eager to help. Everytime, I get the impression I am bothering someone. Trying to get help on phone is likewise a nightmare. I was hung up on three times as the lady answering phone could not make transfers and finally got assistance on third call then I was disconnected rather than put on hold when I finally was sent to department requested. This company is price minded perhaps but makes no special effort to offer even acceptable customer care.
