Subaru Concord

My experience with Subaru of Concord was a rollercoaster ride going up and down but in the end I was "somewhat satisfied" with the outcome. What attacted me to Subaru of Concord was their low prices, which I must say their prices are substantially lower than other dealerships in the area. The finance staff was very helpful and gave me plenty of different options and made the transaction easier. However, the sales staff was somewhat disappointing. The person I dealt with was not very knowledgable of the vehicle I was purchasing and they may be because I did not purchase a Subaru which is understandable. Perhaps the most disheartening part of my car buying experience was a lack of honesty. Some people may think of this to be minor but when you are making a big purchase such as this you should make sure that you get what you want. We were promised a spare set of keys at the dealership, but due to this vehicle being a surprise for my wife the salesperson had to travel to my residence to get some paperwork signed. When we arrived at my residence we were told that there was only one key. I explained to them that we were told different and they seemed to shrug it off and not care too much about it. Keep in mind this is a $150.00 key due to the programming that must be done to it. This partly may be my fault because I didn't get anything in writing, I just took somewhere for their word which turned around and bit me. Overall I would rate this dealership a 5 out of 10. If you are looking for a great deal and well trained financing staff. This is the place to go. However, if you are looking for trustworthy knowledgable sales people. I may would think twice.
