She plays easy listening music, ballads, standards, Broadway Show Tunes, Latin and varied international music and popular music suitable for any occasion. She is currently teaching Chord Style Piano to students of all ages. Even though she has had many years of classical piano training, she realizes that the average adult does not have 10 years to spare in order to sit down and study traditional piano. It takes literally years of practice and discipline to learn to play traditional piano, therefore her method of teaching is less complicated and more straightforward to learn. One of Sandra s goals is for her students to have fun learning and playing the piano. Sandra s father, John Cordoni (San Francisco, Big Band Leader), has been an immense influence in her life. He was a conductor, composer, arranger and music director; Sandra feels she has inherited a bit of his musical talent. Sandra is a native San Franciscan. She attended George Washington High School and currently resides in Concord, CA. After retiring from AT&T with 33 years of service, she is now enjoying her free time in playing and teaching piano and being an active member of the San Francisco Native Committee. She has one son, Marco, who also resides in Concord. . She enjoys cooking, entertaining and attending musical events. Music is the energy bar, the food of love for this artist, who is at once sublimely chaste and supremely romantic Regarding music lessons for children, After all the toys and games are gone, music will linger on. sandradebrichy@att.net
