Entrust Senior Living Concord

I recently moved both my parents here. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have found a safe, caring place for them. Krystal, one of the administrators has gone above and beyond to make this transition as easy and stress free as possible. She has always been available to answer any question (even though some I’m sure are rediculous). She shows true compassion which is so important to my family. One of the caregivers, Alfie, is a God send. My parents love her and have already formed a special bond. They offer a variety of things to do. They practice “ family” togetherness which is awesome. I’m very blessed to have found Entrust!

i wouldn't recommend this assisted living to anybody. my father is a resident there right now it is really very bad starting from the executive director (who has been running the building with an expired certification/licence for 5 months) and staff turnover due to the way the ED runs the building. the services , the smell, head management really very bad. and they are always getting ding by the state and getting sold because they never make money.
