7-Eleven

Just called to ask what time do they quit loading money on your overspend card, could not understand one word they were saying. I even talked to a second person and couldn't understand anything not one word!! Very frustrating!!!

My son bought a "card" and was defective. He went back in 30 minutes and both employees said they could not do anything. They said it was his problem.

Wife went back with him and again they said it was her problem.



I went back and first thing I told both was never tell my wife, son or any other customer it is their problem. They represent 7-Eleven and apparently this is how they feel about their customers. They refused to give names and acted like they didn't speak English. They're in the wrong job if they don't. It took took me 10 minutes just to get a manager's name. They couldn't tell me what time she would be in because do not have a schedule. I asked them how do they know when they are going to work next if they don't have a schedule? Answer was they don't. I will speaking to the manager soon. Since they refused to give me their names and didn't have their name tags I took photos of both on my cellphone. We'll see what happens.



PS: If you've ever seen the show "Undercover Boss" on CBS you'd know that this store does not represent them well. I was impressed by 7-Eleven until I went to this store. I've been to others in Concord and they are were good. I plan to stay away from the one on Olivera from now on.
