Terrible experience. He never finished the work (custom cabinets for laundry room - work he did complete on it was not quality) and said he would refund us for work unfinished and has not. He recently sent a letter with made up 'delivery' charges that were not in the contract or any discussion to try to justify keeping our money. He is definitely a shady person and posting so you don't get stuck in the same boat as us.
