I went with Lawn Tigers for landscaping service in late summer/early fall of 2017. The service was good, fast, on time, at a reasonable cost. This is the only reason why I'm giving a 2 star, rather than a 1 star. Since the service was well done, I decided to use them for snow removal for this past winter.

Based on my experience, I would not go with Lawn Tigers again, or recommend. They have missed a handful of snow removals for the 2017/2018 winter season and don't seem concerned. For example, we received a heavy snowfall on Christmas Eve, and they never came. I eventually shoveled my driveway on Christmas day at 1pm. I tried calling Christmas day multiple times and no one picked up. I left a message and no one called back. I eventually spoke with Jami on 12/26/17 and she said that if they didn't come on 12/24, or 12/25, then they should be out today 12/26. OK, I guess I can wait a couple of days for my driveway to be plowed. Paying for a service that comes when they can is not a service that is worth paying for.

Additionally, we received a heavy snow fall on 3/1/18 and stopped sometime in the evening/early morning. On the next morning 3/2/18, my driveway was not plowed, and at 7am, I shoveled the driveway before going to work.

Again, paying for a service that never arrives is not a service worth paying for or ever recommending. Terrible overall service and terrible customer service.
