Wellington Way Apartments

Just moved out. I was there for 2 years...first year was great! The second year the neighbors weren't so quite. Management took the proper steps in handling concerns. The second year my main concerns were:

1. Maintenance guy is great but only has 1 man for the entire complex so my final few request were not taken care of.
2. Heating unit is dated-electric bill was outrageous. It was the first year. I knew how to approach the cold weather the following year. It also helped that maintenance put in a new unit.
3. Applicants are questionable (please do your research)
4. Deposit ( you'll be informed that your deposit will be forwarded a month after you move out). My move out date was Nov 1st..it is now Dec 17th and no deposit and yes, I've followed up with management...twice.

I just renewed my lease for a second year here at Wellington Way. Very small, quiet community. I was living in a complex identical to this about a mile away and paying almost $200 more a month. The property manager and maintenance have been very easy to deal with and have made it a great place to live. I've only had a couple maintenance requests, but each time they were out to fix it within a day. I also really like its convenience to Easton (where I work) and the highway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I am so impressed!When we moved in the apartment was clean. Anytime we've called in a repair they have gotten it taken care of right away. (Normally within a few days or same day.) They neighborhood is very quiet and i never have a problem with parking. I went from paying over $1000 a month for a apartment on Polaris to living at Wellington and the customer service is 1000% better here. We plan on staying for a while.

Just moved in here two months ago and could not be happier. The office manager Chris is very friendly and was very helpful. It was my first apartment, so I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect, but he made the process very easy. I am happy with the price of rent. The neighbors are friendly and my apartment was very clean when I moved in. I have only had two maintenance requests since I moved and and they were very fast. They are a little outdated, but for the price I cannot complain.

I just signed my third lease here and couldn't be happier. This is my first time I've ever stayed in an apartment more than one year. With my limited budget, I'm surprised with how happy I am here. The cabinets are a little dated, but have no complaints. The office manager is nice and friendly and is always there when I need help with anything. Great for the price.

be ready for eletric to be about 60 in summer and some how 180 in winter??? second year and same pattern. small and very very outdated everything, probably pay same somewhere else if you include the crazy eletric bill. place is okay and people are trashy ive seen people getting tazed and almost ran over a baby someone left in the street!!

After reading great reviews online, I was still a little sceptical because of the price. VERY affordable rent for the area! Apartment was very clean and smelled great when I moved in. The guy in the office was very helpful and friendly. I moved here from the Akron area and he made the transition very easy. I would definitely recommend living here. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and so far all the neighbors seem very friendly
