THIS IS THE WORST WALMART I BEEN TO IN COLUMBUS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, TRASHY AND PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE TO YOU. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, MATTER OF FACT I STOPPED BEING A CUSTOMER HERE

wow this walmart is the worst. I called to get info on a lap top and they hung the phone up on me. The worst walmart ever is on main and i've been to a lot. The website made me give a star if it was up to me this walmart would not get any.

Though I still like walmart, this one is the rudest of all. I am a former pt employee from the norh side walmart. I say if I want attitude I should go to my walmart on main street. I must say they are consistent. Bad attitudes, little to no knowledge of product, no smiles, no eye contact. How did they get the job or should I say who does the hiring? Either way all should be ashamed. Customer service is based on customer contact. I always say if you do not want to work with the public, customer service is not a job you should pursuit. The employee is important but without the customer businesses close thereby creating more unemployment lines. This is so sad that all the employees are represented by the bad ones through the eyes of the customer. I hope this is viewed and things change quickly because this community needed this revenue and the positive exposure. There is no shame in readjusting your attitude to fit a lifestyle of service for you truly must be humble to serve.

This walmart is a terrible walmart, The employees are not very friendly and not at all willing to help customers.Managers and customer service reps seem like they don't have a clue on how to handle cutomer service issues. Lines are always extremly long,There is always a lack of workers and even a lack of WORK from the employees they have on hand. By far the worst walmart I have ever been to.

This i must say is the worst walmart store i have been to. I was so excited to hear the news that my town would be getting a walmart so close to home. Unfortanatly i have come to experiance nothing but horrible service from this store. They never seem to have enough cashiers open during peak hours, or there well trained staff just simply is not motivated to do there job in a timly manner to get the customers out quickly. and it`s not just that, Were is the hospatality??? Very rarley do i get a thank you, or Hi how are you. And if i do, it just seems like someone is forcing it out of them. So with that said if i need to make a trip this walmart i have learned to go before 12 noon and never on the weekend. Hopefully the managment team reads these horrible reveiws about there store and will soon figure out a plan or something to make my walmart better for my town.

That walmart is very corrupt. Not only do they treat their customers poorly, they treat their employees even worse. Trust me I know. I wrongfully fired for standing up for someone else's rights. And I was promised that I wouldn't lose my job or get treated differently. A week later I was fired. And what makes it worse is that they had to come up with some stupid reason to fire me. Thats why I got unemployment because Walmart couldn't come up with a probable cause. I lost my house because of them. And my life has been spiraling down since then. And the person who did the horrible crime got off scott free. Her name is Antonia. She was an assistant manger. She disappeared after the crime. I was sticking up for Broderick Harper. I got him the job. My name is Daisha Getter and I just want justice. Its not right that store keeps wrongfully terminating employees. Its the worst store. I want someone to call me and tell me why I lost my job for no reason especially when I was there for 7 months. 614 704 3243. Not all walmarts is bad, just that one. And I can't wait until they close it down. No one investigated the problem but all the employees are witnesses. I also have The Columbus Dispatch doing a story on the corruption of that store. Its just not right how they ruin people's lives.

This Walmart is the worst one i've been too. Unfriendly staff, they just stare at you, not willing to help at all. And they are NEVER in a rush to do ANYTHING. Just stand around. They do have everything i need but i would rather drive to a different walmart than use this one.

I like this Walmart very much except for it is often understaffed which in turn causes longer waits.
