Northland Senior Village

This is NOT a business and certainly not a counseling facility. It is a 55+ condo residence building. It is a non-profit organization with a condo board that serves without compensation. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years, renting a one-bedroom unit from one of the owners. Most residents are owners of their units.
In my opinion it is well-managed and most of the residents seem to love living here. The units are very affordable. There are 2 common lounges on the first floor and 2 smaller common areas on each of the 2nd and 3rd floors. 1st floor units have outside entrances and have patios or Florida rooms. 99 1 and 2 bedroom units on 3 floors.
There are many activities for residents including potlucks, tailgate parties, prayer meetings, card playing, coffee and donuts, informational meetings and holiday dinners. Something for almost everyone!
