Overall

The only time I get great customer service at this location is in the morning. Any other time, it's always something. Poor quality, unprofessionalism, and bad customer service. Last night I went through the drive-thru at approx. 9:45 to hear employees talking to each other on their wireless headsets, using profanity, singing, etc. all while I wait to be assisted. After roughly 3-5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave and get a treat next door at Long John Silvers/A&W. I will not be back! It's a shame I can't go around the corner from my house to one of the newest locations in the city.
