Mason Equity Group

2015 started off really rough for me and my family. My husband had just gotten transferred to Marysville for his job and I was in charge of finding our new home in Marysville, Ohio. I found a darling apartment listed on Craigslist by Mason Equity Group. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised at how warm their receptionist Amy was. She transferred me to Theresa who is the property manager and all of my stress went away because this lady knows her stuff! Theresa was early to our appointment and was so nice to my kids who were running around like chickens with their heads cut off (typical of my family). I don't know how she stayed so calm! We rented the space and the transition was so easy. It has been three months now and if I have a maintenance request it is handled by Amy and usually taken care of asap! I am so happy here and so glad that I found Mason Equity Group. They made a horrible move into a great new adventure!

I have rented in Marysville for well over two years through Mason. I think the management change has been spectacular. The new Property Manager tries to give ideas on how to market our business. Ways that I never thought of and that is the truth. Whenever I ask for some lee-way on rent, she complies. I know that the owner of some clothing company was bitter because they were suffering and not able to pay their rent but that's no reason to take it out on the company as a whole. You give real businesses a very bad name!

worse service every and I don't think they every return your security deposit. There are definitely better places to rent in Delaware. We have been trying for two years to receive our deposit and that is after taking them to court. Also, they are real quick on doing maintenance either.
