Lids

I arrived at Lids at 11:00 this morning, ordered 15 hats to be made, a simple design, Grand total of $337! I waited till 4:00 when they said the hats would be finished, they still weren't done, said to come back at 5:30, I came back at 6 still not finished and had 4 hats left to go, so I will be setting here for another two hours! They jumped customers in between my order which was pre paid for. VERY UNSATISFIED!!
