Isabelle Ridgway Nursing Center

This facility needs to add a phone number that actually works. It is important that residents get phone calls from family and friends to know they are cared about and thought of. I haven't been able to get through to anyone for days on the 614-252-4931 number and unable to find any other number. This is not right. It just rings and rings and then stops, no one answers or it is busy for hours and hours.
