        When you call Impact Community Action, You immediately get a recording offering a free emergency alarm device, which is not free, It's $49.99 /month monitoring fee!. You can't talk to a live person for questions, unless you want to be told you're caller 49 and the wait is 2hrs. and 11 minutes, as I was told! When I did go to the office on E. Broad, I found most of the workers to be quite rude with no empathy for we clients.
