Provided by SuperpagesSeveral years ago, I bought a sofa from the old location. It has been covered the entire time so as not to show the damage that it when I bought it. I told them I wanted to donate it back and they said fine. A friend was find to come get it and drop it off and was told that you wouldn't take it due to the damage. You sold it to me damaged!!! Last time I donate anything to Goodwill.

Provided by SuperpagesPrices are kept low... like many people , including myself, expect them to be in a thrift store. They provide a great service to the community in more ways than one and I commend them for their work. No, it is not set up and run like a high dollar store... thats why they can afford to give us great deals. Personally, I love the treasure hunt feel of stores run like this... and the satisfaction of knowing that I am really getting a bargain. One of the very few thrift stores that I love to frequent VERY OFTEN !!!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI visited this store with expectations. I will not return. Sizes are not indicated (the s,m,l are random) and when I suggested to the manager that to indicate sizes on tags would increase his business he said "do you know who works for us?" as though handicapped people cannot be guided to put the right sizes on tags (you would just need a few higher functioning for this "big" job). He also said "in 1/2 hour our customers would just make a mess of it if we organized by size" - insulting customers as though they don't deserve to find bargains easily. He was very rude in general. All of this from a young man who then leaves in his brand new white Toyota convertible. Columbus, let's show them we would like our bargains easy to find by indicating sizes on the clothes!!

Provided by SuperpagesThis is one of my favorite Goodwill locations. The store is large, clean, and always organized. A separate goodwill furniture store is next door and the drop-off location (on side of building) is always well-lit. It is not unusual for the furniture section to run 50% off sales and the stock is kept relatively fresh. They just started selling clothes and books by the pound on certain days of the week.
