        Went in to buy a new or low mile used Cadillac XTS. The selection as poor and they wanted me to buy a used XTS with scratches all over it. That vehicle should of never been on their lot. Instead they had me drive what I did not want an ATS and a CTS, this is not what the customer wanted. I was not given the consideration or time of day. I requested if they could search for the vehicle I want at other dealerships and they gave me no response. Just because I came in wearing my comfortable old blue jeans and old Ohio State University hat, don't assume I can not buy. Your young buff arrogant sales force needs to treat locals with respect. I went to Classic Cadillac in Cleveland and was treated with Excellent Customer Service.
