Flowers On Orchard Lane

I ordered flowers for our anniversary, to be delivered to the Hyatt Regency in the morning. At 3 pm, having no flowers, I called to check. I was told they were delivered that morning, but then found out that the flowers never left the store. A man delivered them (no apology) about 30 minutes later. No reduction of price or $10 delivery fee. Flowers were great. Not a good experience!
