Very unprofessional, uncaring front office staff.



Girls (not one but 6 or 7 at a time) sitting behind glass-enclosed reception area eating lunch, talking, and joking.



No call-backs for issues regarding billing or prescriptions.



Getting billed for procedures that never occurred.



Being "squeezed in" between walk-in patients when one has an appointment.



Being told any medical records to be sent to the insurances companies takes 30 to 90 days. Uh, what if there is an emergency and they are needed before then? I hope they "magically" appear then.

this is not a good place to go if you go throu BWC.thay have filling isu and have a habit in thratning pepoles credt report when thay fill wrong and BWC wont pay.than wont call you back to work it out or when thay do thay tell you to pay or thay will damge your credt....thay are nice at frist in tell thay let the bill reach over $1,000.00 than all that nice gose a way......BAD STAFF!!!!!!
