Unethical. Advised by Doctor that he looked through my file in the morning and knew he couldn't help me and was going to call me to tell me but he forgot. So I get to drive to the office and be told sorry I forgot to call you to inform you nothing I cAn , then I get bilked $188. The robot office manager then proceeds to in so many words call me a liar and rudely shut me down. Seems like a mi way grab and very unfair to know you can't help a patient and let them come in anyway so you cN collect your fee. My advice is to seek a different Doctor. Feeling disappointed that the doctor could easily fix this and won't instead making feel like a person trying to skip out on a bill. Karma is the only thing I can think of at this time.
