When I bought my new washer and dryer, I purchased the extended warranty that comes with annual service.

It was a great choice! Sears sent over a great technician who serviced the two appliances. He was prompt, courteous and made all necessary adjustments! Great job!!!

Sears Repair Service sent Mr. Willie Bryant to my home to repair my Kenmore dryer. He was here at the time he said he would come. Mr. Bryant replaced a part on my dryer. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose and replace the defective part. He is very courteous and absolutely knows what he is doing. He repaired my dryer in about 30-45 minutes. I highly recommend Mr. Bryant and if I need other repairs, I hope he can be be the one that does my repairs. Very satisfied!

I was very pleased with my service for oven repair. Mr. Willie Bryant came and repaired my range. He also has repaired my dryer in the past. Very courteous and very thorough with both repairs. I would prefer him to do my repairs if I need any more in the future. My range works like it should after he installed the new parts. Thanks for doing such a super job.
