CROOKED TILLERY! This guy is a crook.

I was served with a child support mod in 09/2015 with court date of 12/29/2015. I retained Mr. Tillery 10/2015. 12/2/2015 I get a letter from her lawyer saying that he has not had any communication or received anything from anyone. 12/4/2015 we scheduled an in person meeting at 9 AM. He never called saying that he was running late. After waiting an hour, I left and told him he was fired. Followed up with his office asking the office assistant why nothing was done, she shrugged her shoulders saying they have been sitting around for 2 weeks waiting for Tillery to review, sign and file. No filing, no communication with ex's lawyer, did not return my emails and calls. HE DID NOTHING!



I am accused of perjury because I didn't disclosed all my information. This information was in Mr. Tillery's possession and was not presented to her lawyer. Now I owe 30% more child support and thou$and$ in another lawyer.
