Located in Columbus, Ga., Calvary Christian School enrolls more than 550 students in grades kindergarten through 12. It comprises elementary, middle and high school divisions. The school offers classes in Bible studies, English, mathematics, computers, Spanish, science, history and physical education. It offers various programs, including discovery school, extended care and music programs. The school s sports activities include basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, softball, cheerleading, cross country, golf, tennis and wrestling. It has several student organizations, including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, journalism, National Honor Society, praise team, student government association, yearbook and bowling, and key and Spanish clubs. Calvary Christian School is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Georgia Accrediting Commission and the Association of Christian Schools International.
