David's Bridal

My daughter and I just left David's Bridal with a beautiful dress from the help of our stylist Jamie! Jamie displayed exceptional service by listening to our wants and displaying great patience! Thank you again Jamie!

The lady that I dealt with was very rude. I am getting married in November 2017 & was ready to buy the dress today if I found a match. She just lost her store a couple thousand dollars. Will never go back.

I made an appointment with David's and came in on a weekday. The store was quiet, clean, and the staff were very welcoming of my large entourage. The staff listened, pulled the dresses that I specifically asked for, as well as some similar. They assisted me with dressing. The sales lady, Tracey, was not pushy at all. She offered sash and veils for the dresses, but did not try to push shoes and jewelry. When I found my dress, I rang the goofy bell and it was all fun. They allowed me to come for my first alterations appointment the next day. The alterations manager, Dedrid, was amazing with pinning my dress. I can't wait until my final fitting!

Treated like a number!! I had planned a trip with my mom and then my father had gotten a quick appointment with a specialist and so my mom couldn't come with me. I went with my MOH anyway and while I was there the manager was only concerned with me getting a David's bridal credit card and purchasing a dress without my mother seeing it first, not to mention that since my mother is paying then why would I get a credit card and pay interest for no reason? Once they realized that I would not be buying a dress that day, they stopped letting me try dresses on. This is the most important dress that I will ever wear, but yet I was just a sale to them. That is horrible customer service if you ask me. I ended up spending twice the amount of their most expensive dress and had a wonderful experience at a real bridal salon where it was all about me!! I would never recommend this experience at all.

Although most of my experience has been good. My wedding is a week away. They have had my dress for almost two months and it is still not ready from the alterations. They do not have enough people to do the work load that they have.
