Buck Hamilton & Associates

This is the worst realty company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I rented a home with them for the past 2 years and now upon leaving I am being screwed over. They are trying to keep most of my deposit for damages that were that way before I moved it. Stains on the walls and things they claimed are missing from the kitchen (ie. microwave glass, knobs for the stove, etc.) that were sitting on the counter. The house was cleaner upon my departure then when I moved in! I submitted pictures to them when I moved in and I kept a copy for myself. I submitted my issues in writing (as was requested) and Buck demanded I make an appt to deal with him. I left a message requesting an appt and he just called me, told me to stop bothering him and he'd get to it whenever he would and he hung up on me! I preceeded to call him back and forth several times each ending with him hanging up on me. I cannot believe he's allowed to run a business this way and no one has shut him down! Please for your sanity do not rent from them and do not allow him to rent your property either!
