Company installed an irrigation system in our backyard and it has given us numerous problems. When contacted for help, the company will not come out and will not respond to calls or texts. The spouts are located in the wrong place in our yard right where the grass ends and the mulch/straw begins which is where it needs to be edged. We can no longer use an edger and have to use a weed eater only because of the improperly placed spouts. Another pipe blew out and caused our water bill to skyrocket over 4x the normal cost. I contacted the company immediately and asked for help. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even get to it in spite of the 90' degree June temperatures. I had to turn off my irrigation system and hope my grass and flowers did not die. After 3 weeks and hearing nothing, I contacted them again to no avail. My husband even called. They do not return phone calls, messages or texts. We are being forced to hire a 3rd party company now to help us.
