        Overall

        The man hung up in my face when I asked him about removing a baby squirrel and cleaning my chimney. Told me I needed to call whoever welded the cap on the house. Explained I bought the house 5 years ago and it was built in the 60s so I don't know who welded that cap on there. He told me no thank you and hung up.
