Overall

WONT ANSWER PHONES

YOU CAN NOT GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND DONT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE UNLESS YOU NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN TEXAS. THEY SAY THEIR HOURS ARE MON-FRI. 8 AM TO 5 PM THEN WHY DONT THEY ANSWER WHEN YOU CALL THEM DURNING BUSINESS HOURS. HAD TO PICK AT LEAST ONE STAR DID NOT WANT TO EVEN PICK THAT ONE.
